Sunny Singh, Founder & CEO

Sunny Singh is an entrepreneur, investor, and operator with a track record of building and scaling enduring businesses. A first-generation entrepreneur from a low-income family, he launched his first company at age 20, beginning a career shaped by grit, operational discipline, and long-term value creation.

Most recently, Sunny founded and led Aeyon, a government services and technology firm that grew from 68 to more than 800 employees before being acquired by CGI, one of the world’s leading IT and business consulting firms. Under his leadership, Aeyon became a trusted partner to the U.S. Federal Government in areas including data management, analytics, intelligent automation, and Artificial Intelligence.

Earlier in his career, Sunny built and sold businesses across multiple industries, including logistics and business services, developing a hands-on operating approach grounded in accountability, execution, and respect for the people behind every company.

Today, Sunny leads FRB Holdings, a family office focused on acquiring and operating durable, cash-flowing businesses built to last. FRB partners with founders and management teams who value long-term stewardship over short-term optimization, with a focus on essential businesses characterized by stable margins, low capital intensity, and strong customer relationships.

Sunny’s investment philosophy prioritizes real cash flow over hype, patience over velocity, and alignment over financial engineering. He also serves on the board of Inova Health System, one of the leading healthcare systems in the Mid-Atlantic region.

A proud Sikh and proud American, Sunny remains grounded in faith, family, and a long-term vision for building businesses that create lasting value across generations. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and three sons.
