McLean Quinn, President & CEO

McLean Quinn is President & CEO of EYA, one of the Washington region’s leading urban infill developers. Over the past 30 years, EYA has built more than 7,000 homes across 50+ walkable neighborhoods, earning a reputation for tackling complex, high-impact projects through strong public-private partnerships.

At EYA, McLean oversees corporate strategy, investor relations, and sits as Chair of the Partnership Committee. He led the company’s expansion into multifamily housing—including The Daley, The Lindley, and The Laureate—and has been instrumental in projects like Reston Station and Chevy Chase Lake.

A former investment banker and private equity investor, McLean is a graduate of Davidson College (Phi Beta Kappa) and earned his MBA from Kellogg (Austin Scholar). He lives in Washington, DC with his wife and two children.
