Harley Magden, Co-Founder, CEO

Harley Magden is the co-founder and former CEO of Window Nation, one of the largest and fastest-growing residential window replacement companies in the United States. Drawing on his experience growing up in a family rooted in the home improvement industry, Harley launched Window Nation in 2006 with his brother, Aaron. Under his leadership, the company expanded to over 20 markets nationwide and became the largest non-franchise window installation company in the country, earning a reputation for exceptional customer service and operational discipline.

As CEO, Harley oversaw marketing and operations, growing the team to over 500 employees and leading the installation of more than one million windows. He guided the company through two major acquisitions—first by Cortec Group in 2018, and later by AEA Investors in 2021—setting benchmarks in both growth and valuation within the industry.

Today, Harley serves as Founder and President of Magden Motors, a high-end exotic and luxury car dealership. He recently acquired Marshall Goldman Motor Sales—a legendary name in exotic auto sales—and merged it with Magden Motors to form one of the largest and most respected exotic car platforms in the United States. In addition to his ventures in home services and automotive, Harley is an active investor across multiple sectors, including a portfolio of seven restaurants. He lives in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area with his family and remains deeply committed to entrepreneurship, community engagement, and philanthropy.
